This time I'm only doing one (1) character per illustration (no additional characters)!! (only applies to STYLES A & B)Deadlines = any form that is accepted with a specific completion date that falls before the usual 2-3 week timeframe

STYLE 'A' PRICE
Please note !
- Canvas size is set to 3000x4200 px (10" x 14").
- Background will be simplified with only floral/greenery and/or simple designs (e.g., geometric shapes) appliedHeadshot - $40
Bust - $50
Half Body - $60
Add-ons - additional 20% of base price
Deadlines will cost an additional 50% of overall total

STYLE 'B' PRICE
Please note !
- I am only doing nature/scenery backgrounds, as I am the most comfortable/confident in (no urbanized/indoor settings!)
- Characters will be limited to a more simplified version compared to Style A; this is so that it's cohesive with my stylized background
- Base on complexity & details of the illustration prices may vary
- Canvas size is set to 3000x4200 px (10" x 14").Base Price - $100
More detailed backgrounds/character design - additional 20% of base price
Deadlines will cost an additional 50% of overall total

STYLE 'C' PRICE
Please note !
- This is only for chibi style work, no backgrounds!
- Character(s) will be in default sitting pose
- Each character will be on a 2048 x 2048 px canvasBase Price - $10
Additional Characters - additional 50% per character (max 4 characters)
Deadlines will cost an additional 50% of overall total

Terms & Conditions

DisclaimerCommission is for personal use only. It is not for commercial use, AI purposes (training, altering), etc.There will be three (3) slots at a time, but the form won't be closing once those slots are filled. Meaning you can still submit a form even if the all slots are filled (you'd be put on a waitlist). I will go by a first come first served basis when it comes to the waitlist, however, deadlines will have a priority.The client is free to cancel their spot on the waitlist any time free of charge.An email will be sent to notify that you've been put on the waitlist and the Artist will contact again when slots are open.Final watermarked illustration will be sent via email. If in any case the client wishes to have the watermark removed, please kindly ask first and I will be happy to do so and send another version!To see the status of the waitlist/comm please refer to the spreadsheetThe Artist has the right to decline any request if deemed uncomfortable or too complex

Dos & Don'ts

Will Do:

  • Light gore

  • Backgrounds (nature/scenery only!)

Won't Do:

  • NSFW

  • Animals & furry (will do animal characteristics e.g., ears, tail, etc.) - If piece is of a vtuber, fan mascots are allowed if applicable

  • Children & elderly

  • Mecha

How to Make a Request & Next Steps

In the form fill out:

  • name/username

  • email and other contact alternatives (this is if I can't reach you through email)

  • type of piece you want (e.g., Style A Bust, Style B, etc.)

  • references are highly appreciated!!

  • any additional information/detail about the character(s), background colour, pose the character is in, etc.

After filling out the form:

  • After receiving and approving request, a 50% payment is to be made. The client will be receiving an invoice for payment.

  • *If you chose Style C, full payment is upfront!

  • If payment has yet to be made the commission will be put on hold until then. Meaning I won't start working on the commission until payment is received.

  • During the rough sketch stage three (3) free revisions can be made (not including any faults that the Artist made). Any further revisions will require a 5% additional fee of the overall total.

  • Once the changes are made and it's ready for final production there will be NO major revisions (e.g. , clothing style, change of position), however, subtle changes can still be made (i.e. change of colour).

  • During this time (after sketch is approved) the remaining payment is to be made. As mentioned prior w/payment, the comm would be put on pause until the remaining payment is made.

  • I will send you progress shots along the way: sketch → base colour w/line art → partial rendering → final piece

  • Final piece will be sent through email.

Timeframe from me contacting you to final piece can take up to 2-3 weeks (except for deadlines)Please note the time frame may change along the way of your request, but I will try my best to finish it a few days after stated schedule!
